12:00 – 14:00 training ALL JUNIORS

14:00 – registrations Kumite (all ages and levels welcome) ; (bring karate-pass)

14:30 – 16:00 – Kumite training (bring protective equipment)

16:00 – registrations Seniors – Kihon training (bring karate-pass)

16:30 – 18:00 Kihon training

18:30 – Belt test, all ages

PARTICIPATION FEES:

1 session = €15

2-3 sessions = €25

Belt test = €30, includes International Diploma, registration in Finnish Karate Federation, registration in JKS Japan and new belt.
