Welcome to this LIVE online course!
We will discuss the rules of Kata-competition and Kumite-competition, as well as some important tips on how to improve whether you’re a Judge, an Athlete or a Coach!
The course includes all the gestures and commands you will need to know as a Judge/Referee and a guided tour through the tests you will need to take to get your license!
